Main Supply Forms

1. Fused silica grains / sand / powder / flour / lumps(3-15cm) / Custom particle size blends.
2. Common sizes include:0-1 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-5 mm, 4-10 mesh, 10-20 mesh, 30-50 mesh, 50-100 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh and selected custom PSD grades.
3. Fine powder grades down to D50 2-4 μm are available, with selected control on D90 and top cut size.

Typical Applications

1. For Refractory:Used in bricks, castables, dry vibrated mixes, ramming materials and thermal shock resistant linings.
2. For Investment Casting:Used in shell slurry flour, stucco grains, backup coats and foundry coating systems.
3. For Ceramic & Fillers:Used in technical ceramic bodies, powder systems, selected fillers and related industrial formulations.

Available Grades

1. Grade A:For higher purity or tighter control applications.
2. Grade B:For standard industrial production with balanced performance and cost.
3. Grade C:For cost-sensitive uses where practical performance is the priority.

Quality control

1. Quality control may include raw material review, particle size checking, appearance inspection, batch consistency and packing confirmation before shipment.
